Interested in being a vendor at the RPM Show?
Reserve your table as soon as possible, as space is limited. The vendor package includes two general admissions to the RPM Show, full access to all clinics, entry to the WRMRC Open House on Sunday, one 6’ x 3’ table with electrical service, two speeder rides, and admission to the Friday evening Meet & Greet from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Waterloo St. Jacobs Restaurant and Patio. Please note that this event is focused on prototype modeling and related products and is not intended as a flea market. Vendor tables are only $75 each.
Share Your Work at the RPM Show!
Exhibitors are invited to display high-quality static scale railroad models that showcase craftsmanship, prototype accuracy, and creative modeling. Displays should be non-operating and presentation-focused.
If you wish to participate as an exhibitor, please indicate your interest when purchasing your Expo admission ticket to reserve a complimentary 6’ x 18” exhibitor table. We welcome modelers of all scales and experience levels to share their work with the railway modeling community.
